Lukasz Kulesa takes part in Baltic Sea Conference

Baltic Sea Risk Reduction Sweden Euro-Atlantic Security

Lukasz Kulesa, Research Director at the European Leadership Network, attended a conference on “The Baltic Sea Region: The Dynamics of a Changing Strategy Playing Field” in Visby, Sweden between 1-3 June 2015.

The conference brought together experts and policy-makers from across the Baltic region and the wider Euro-Atlantic space, and was organised by the Swedish Institute for International Affairs (UI) in conjunction with the Swedish Armed Forces and the United States European Command.
