Calle Håkansson is an analyst at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI) Europe Programme. His research focuses on EU foreign and security policy, principally in relation to new projects such as PESCO and the European Defence Fund.
Prior to joining UI, Calle obtained a master’s degree in Security Studies from the Swedish Defence University and a bachelor degree in Political Science from Uppsala University.
