On 11 June 2021, the European Leadership Network (ELN) convened the Contact Group on Russia-West relations via Zoom, just ahead of the 14 June NATO Summit and 16 June US-Russia Summit.
The meeting’s first session considered the new US Administration’s implications for Russia-West relations; the second session reviewed the Group’s virtual visits to NATO and the EU and the way forward for the Group. This note summarises the main themes of the discussion.
