With ELN Policy Fellows Julia Berghofer and Dr Katarzyna Kubiak as well as ELN network members Angela Kane and Wolfgang Ischinger, and YGLN member Tetiana Melnyk, the ELN had a strong presence at the kick-off conference for the Missile Dialogue Initiative (MDI) at the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 18 October 2019.

The MDI shall create an international network of analysts and policymakers, and publishing in-depth research, seeings to help inform and contribute to state-level discussions of required policy responses.

ELN member Wolfgang Ischinger and ELN Policy Fellow Katarzyna Kubiak joined MDI’s Advisory Board.
