Katarzyna Kubiak presents at PONI 2019 Summer Conference in Albuquerque

ELN Policy Fellow Dr Katarzyna Kubiak presented her research on the relation between vertical proliferation and disarmament at the PONI 2019 Summer Conference in Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on 9th July 2019.

Next to panel discussions on a range of nuclear security issues, participants visited the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History, participated in a simulated war game exercise to understand the impact of cyber operations on international stability and enjoyed tours of Sandia’s facilities.
