On 26-27 November 2018, ELN Policy Fellow Alice Billon-Galland attended the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies conference “Is NATO Ready? Collective Defence on NATO’s Northern Flank“ in Oslo.
The conference and following workshop analysed the state of NATO readiness in the wake of the 2018 Trident Juncture exercise.
