A group of UK and French leadership figures held a discussion on global nuclear policy at the National Assembly building in Paris on December 7th 2011, under the auspices of the ELN. The dinner was hosted by former Prime Minister Michel Rocard, General (Rtd) Bernard Norlain, and Des Browne. More details will follow.
