Sergei Lavrov Responds to ELN Report

At this weekend’s Munich Security Conference, ELN network member and conference chair, Wolfgang Ischinger, publicly asked Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to respond to the findings of a recent ELN report on close military encounters between Russia and the West.

“Dangerous Brinkmanship: Close military encounters between Russia and the West in 2014” was published by the ELN in November 2014, and generated a great deal of attention around the world. The full report is available on our website here.
