Page Stoutland

Vice-President, Nuclear Materials Security, NTI

Dr Page Stoutland is the Vice-president of the Nuclear Threat Initiative and is responsible for the Institute’s work on Nuclear Materials Security. Most recently he has been working on the development of a nuclear security index to promote the global dialogue on security priorities and to quantify global materials security levels.

Prior to that he spent 10 years of his career at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) where he held a number of senior positions, including the director of strategy, program director for Domestic Security and division Leader for Radiological & Nuclear Countermeasures.

Prior to joining LLNL, he held positions within the U.S. Department of Energy where he served as the director of the Chemical and Biological National Security Program and at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
