Paul Fritch

Senior Advisor in the US Department of State’s Bureau of Politico-Military Affairs

Paul Fritch is an American career diplomat, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in the Department of State’s Bureau of Politico-Military Affairs. From 2007-2012, he served as Director of the Office of the Secretary General of the OSCE. Prior to that, he served for six years (2001-2007) on the NATO International Staff, where he headed the office charged with managing relations with Russia and Ukraine. His previous diplomatic postings have included India, Germany, Russia and the State Department’s Bureaus of European and Eurasian Affairs, and Economic and Business Affairs.
