Anna Clara Arndt is a Policy Fellow for Global Security and Nuclear Policy at the European Leadership Network (ELN). Her research interests include nuclear policy and strategic stability issues as well as transatlantic security.
Previously, Anna was the Research Assistant of the project “Strategic Threat Analysis and Nuclear (Dis-)Order” at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) in Berlin and a Carlo Schmid Fellow at NATO’s Policy Planning Unit in Brussels. She also completed stints at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and the German Ministry of Defence.
Anna earned Master’s degrees in International Security and International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics and Political Science, and undergraduate degrees focused on European and Middle East studies from University College London and Sciences Po Paris.
