Bleddyn Bowen is a Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Leicester. His research interests specialise on space power, classical strategic theory, space security, sea power theory, and modern warfare. Bleddyn has published on British and EU space strategy, space power theory, and the security implications of space debris removal. He is currently working on a monograph on spacepower theory and developing astropolitical research as founder and convener of the Astropolitics Collective.
