Holger Fabian Sahl serves as strategic analyst at the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex), headquartered in Warsaw. At Frontex, he provides the strategic picture of the EU external borders to decision-makers and is lead author of the Frontex Risk Analysis Unit’s flagship publication, the Annual Risk Analysis. In his previous role, he was on the International Staff at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. He is a graduate of Stanford University and the London School of Economics.
