Katja Boettcher is a former Researcher at the European Leadership Network (ELN).
She has completed a Masters in Non-Proliferation and International Security at King’s College London. She has previously worked for the Centre for Science and Security Studies and the Nuclear Analysis Programme at RUSI. She also holds an M.A. in Political Science, Journalism and Psychology from the University of Leipzig and has several years of professional experience in journalism and PR.
