Kirill Entin

Counsellor, Eurasian Economic Union Court, Minsk

Kirill Entin is a counsellor of the Eurasian Economic Union Court in Minsk and a research fellow at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies.

Kirill holds two master degrees in EU law from the College of Europe (Bruges) and MGIMO University (Moscow) and defended a PhD thesis in European law in 2011. Prior to joining the Legal Research and Documentation department of the EAEU Court in 2015 Kirill was an associate professor at the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” (Moscow) where he still teaches courses on EU-Russia relations and EU law. 

His research areas include EAEU law, EU law, restrictive measures (sanctions) and EU-Russia relations.
