Lena Zakaryan is a management consultant, analyst and researcher, Director of policy and governance in AxelMondrian & Partners, a reputation management and strategic communications company. Lecturer at the Eurasia International University (EIU Armenia).
Lena Zakaryan specialized in security studies, small states foreign policies, regional politics and international relations (IRS) and has keen interests and research experience in women-security nexus . She is a graduate of the Yerevan State University with MA and currently is a participant of Strategic Leadership in Global Societal Security program executive education at the Swedish Defence University.
Before joining AxelMondrian & partners, she worked as a researcher in the Ministry of defense of RA, PM office of Armenia as a senior expert on defence and security policy. Lena Zakaryan worked in the Security Council of Armenia and the National Defense Research University (NDRU) as well. She is a member of the “Katarine” women leadership network, National Democratic Institute (NDI).
