Morgan is a Program Associate at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars’ Kennan Institute where he manages the Institute’s U.S. government engagement programs, as well as media relations. He also leads the Institute’s Global Perspectives programming which highlights Russia’s relations with other countries and assists in the management of several Institute-led Track II dialogues.

Prior to joining the Wilson Center in 2017, Morgan served as a Senior Associate at the Katz Watson Group where he managed national fundraising efforts for several high-ranking Members of the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate, as well as philanthropies and NGOs.

Morgan holds a BS in both Political Science and Finance from Florida State University.
