Oleksandra is a project management professional, working in the sphere of human rights and gender equality. Currently she is a project officer at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, implementing a project which aims to advance gender equality in the OSCE area. Before that, Oleksandra worked at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in Warsaw, where she supported the activities related to gender audit of the political parties, as well as ODIHR’s project development, monitoring and evaluation initiatives. Oleksandra also possesses experience from the government sector, as in her previous capacities she worked for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Directorate of Inter-Parliamentary Relations of the Parliament of Ukraine.
