Pavel Andreev is Founder of the Center for Global Strategies and Communications, a start-up consultancy that aims to contribute to a global future for Russia. Over the past decade, he has been involved in international relations and public diplomacy as a career diplomat, journalist and manager of the leading Russian news outlet RIA Novosti and its successor Rossiya Segodnya and as Executive Director of the Valdai Club Foundation. He is also a Member of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy.
Mr Andreev is a member of of the European Leadership in a personal capacity.
