Sophie Taylor is the Senior Network Development and Communications Manager at the European Leadership Network (ELN), joining the organisation in 2018.
Sophie is responsible for engagement with the ELN’s high-level networks and partners. She works across the full breadth of the organisation, ensuring Network engagement and contribution to research, events, advocacy, communications, and growth. She has served as the organisational point person gender champions in nuclear policy since 2019.
Prior to joining the European Leadership Network, Sophie worked for the House of Lords International Relations and Defence Committee and the Joint Committee on the National Security Strategy. As well as holding roles in parliament, Sophie has worked for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the UK Mission to the United Nations, Geneva, in political risk consultancy, and in political monitoring.
Sophie holds First-Class Honours in International Relations and a Distinction Masters in International Security and Development from Swansea University.
