Søren Gade Jensen is a Danish politician, from the Liberal party, Venstre. He served as Defence Minister from April 2004 to February 2010. He was a Member of the Folketing for the Liberal Party from November 2007 to February 2010, and in Ringkøbing County constituency, from November 2001 until November 2007.
Before entering politics, he was a military officer and businessman, serving as the Chief Operating Finance Officer at Færch Plast A/S, Holstebro from 1995 until 2001. In 2019, he was elected to the European Parliament.
He is a member of the Advisory Board for the European Leadership Network (ELN).
