Stein-Ivar Lothe Eide is a humanitarian disarmament advisor at the International Law and Policy Institute (ILPI), Oslo. He holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the School of Oriental and African Studies. He has been a Fulbright Student in the United States, and a Junior Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy at Georgetown University.
