Shaun Gregory

Professor of International Security in the School of Government and International Affairs at Durham University

Professor Shaun Gregory is Professor of International Security in the School of Government and International Affairs at Durham University. Since 2007, he has been the founder-director of the Pakistan Security Research Unit, and was Associate Dean in the School of Social and International Studies at the University of Bradford from 2009-2012. Between 2002-2007 he served as Head of the Department of Peace Studies. Prior to that, he was a visiting fellow at the Institute for Strategic Studies in Islamabad and at the Institute for Defense Studies and Analysis in New Delhi. He was Sir Robert Menzies Fellow at the Australian National University, Canberra, and has also held research posts at l’Institut Francais de Relations Internationales, l’Institut de Relations Internationales et Strageqiques and was Visiting Professor at l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Sciences-Po in Paris in 2006.
