Tom Z. Collina

As a researcher, anaylst, and advocate, Tom Z. Collina has worked to reduce the risk of nuclear terrorism and to strengthen the nonproliferation regime. Mr Collina has over 20 years experience in arms control and global security issues, including work on achieving a Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, reducing the US-Russia strategic arsensal, and tracking the spread of weapons worldwide. He has served as the Executive Director of the Institute for Science and International Security and Director of Global Security at the Union of Concerned Scientists. His work has been widely published and he had made appearances on CNN and NPR in U.S.
