Since 2011, the European Leadership Network has been working for better security in wider Europe. The ELN has offered practical proposals for risk reduction and arms control. Together, we put the risk of hazardous military incidents firmly on the Russia-West agenda. We have directly influenced the work of the NATO-Russia Council, the EU-NATO debate and the P5 Process.
