Ryan R. Swan serves as California Representative on the Peace Action Committee of the Green Party of the United States. He is an incoming doctoral candidate researcher at the Bonn International Center for Conversion, focusing on arms control and emerging military capabilities. He holds a JD from the UCLA School of Law and an MPhil in international relations and politics from Trinity Hall, Cambridge.
