Roman Baiduk is an independent researcher from Ukraine, with articles and a book chapter in his academic portfolio. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Dnipro National University and a Master of Arts degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe. His academic interests include International Relations, especially in Central and Eastern Europe, and security studies. His interest in security studies is related, among other things, to his long professional experience in this field, in particular, as a member of the team of the National Police of Ukraine during the large-scale reform of law enforcement, and as a safety advisor at the International NGO Safety Organisation during the full-scale Russian invasion.
