Dr. Robin Allers is Senior Fellow at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies (IFS) and the Norwegian Defence University College (FHS), where he is affiliated with the research programme Security and Defence in Northern Europe (SNE).
His research focuses on Norway’s bilateral relations with key European allies like Germany and, more broadly, on NATO and EU security and defence policy. He has previously worked as research fellow and lecturer at the University of Oslo. Robin Allers holds a PhD in history from the University of Hamburg.
