On 8-9 April 2019, the members of the Task Force on Cooperation in Greater Europe met in Istanbul at a seminar organised in collaboration between the European Leadership Network and the Global Relations Forum. A select group of senior statesmen and women drawn from the key states of greater Europe discussed prospects for Arms Control in the Cyber, Outer Space and Autonomous Weapons Domains.
