Francesco Siccardi is a senior program manager at Carnegie Europe. In this capacity, he coordinates the strategic planning, fundraising, execution, and outreach of all the center’s research programs on topics ranging from security and defense to the EU global role and the impact of climate change and disruptive technologies on international affairs. Francesco’s research focuses on EU-Turkey relations and on EU foreign policy toward the MENA region.
