Habibe Özdal is an expert at Center for Eurasian Studies at International Strategic Research Organization (USAK). She is also the managing editor of the Journal of Central Asian and Caucasian Studies. Her main research areas are Russian politics, domestic and foreign policy of Ukraine, and Russia-Ukraine relations. Mrs. Özdal is PhD candidate at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science.
