Oleksandr is a Ukrainian political analyst in the Transatlantic Dialogue Center, a think tank based in Kyiv, where he coordinates the Spain and Latina America Cooperation Programme. Within the center Oleksandr actively cooperates with Spanish-speaking media outlets, centers of political analysis, and decision-makers from South America and Spain.

International security, media propaganda, and intercultural communication are among his main fields of interest.

Oleksandr has gained a valuable experience in international development projects during his previous position at the Ukrainian Institute for International Politics.

Oleksandr graduated from the Masaryk University in the Czech Republic with a MA Degree in Political Science and from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a BA Degree in International Relations. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
