Adam Kobieracki

Former Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center and former NATO Assistant Secretary General for Operations

Ambassador Adam Kobieracki is a Polish career diplomat.

He served three times as Security Policy Director at the Polish MFA (between 2015 and 2016, 2008 and 2011, and 2001 and 2003). Previously, he served as Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center (2011 – 2015) and as NATO Assistant Secretary General for Operations (2003-2007).

Between 1991 and 2000 he was part of the Polish Missions to the UN and OSCE in Vienna. He also served as the Polish negotiator at the CFE talks between 1989 and 1990, also during the CFE adaptation talks between 1996 and 1999.
