On 4 June 2015, ELN Research Fellow Thomas Frear presented his paper “Managed Instability: The NATO-Russia Strategic Relationship” at the 2015 UK PONI Annual conference.
The European Leadership Network, in conjunction with NATO and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, hosted a high-level private meeting to discuss NATO-Russia relations.
On 10 April, ELN Research Director Lukasz Kulesa attended a high-level round table discussion hosted by the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at which leading European and United States foreign and security policy researchers together with EU and Latvian officials exchanged views on the revision of the European Security Strategy.
