Lord Browne of Ladyton (Des Browne) is a British Labour Party politician who was the Member of Parliament for Kilmarnock and Loudoun from 1997 to 2010. He was a member of the Cabinet of the United Kingdom under Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and served as Defence and Scottish Secretary of State in 2008.

He is the current Convenor of the Top Level Group of Parliamentarians for Nuclear Disarmament and Non-Proliferation and is the Chair of the Executive Board of the European Leadership Network (ELN).
