On November 21-23, ELN Policy Fellows Alice Billon-Galland and Katarzyna Kubiak participated in the 2018 Weimar Young Perspectives at Genshagen Castle, near Berlin.
This yearly workshop, organised by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) and Stiftung Genshagen and funded by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, brings together defence and security experts from France, Germany, and Poland.
